BERTI DESIGN
Berti Design was created in 1895, together with the production company, by its founding father David Berti who gives life to the artisanal production of knives, and for four generations, first with David Berti, then with Severino, son of David, then with Alvaro, son of Severino, and today with Andrea, son of Alvaro, he continued to produce knives in the same strict observance of the Tradition of the Berti Artisan Method. The creation of Berti’s artisan knives is based on the specificity, quality and correctness of the cut and the consequent duration in time and conservation of value, favoring the maintenance of tools born to last. Each knife is produced in Italy, according to the ancient tradition of the Berti family, entirely by hand and by a single artisan who, once finished the job, signs the product with his initials.
